Job Description:

We are looking for sales managers with proven expertise in construction equipment and trucks to join our sales department.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage good working relationships with buyers and sellers.
• Manage all interactions with client and supplier base to increase sales revenue.
• Identify and solicit equipment to sell in online auctions.
• Assist in negotiations and pricing process.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7-10 years successful outside sales experience in the heavy equipment or construction industry.
• Must have excellent communication, presentation and organization skills.
• Must be persistent, self-motivated and willing to travel.
• Basic computer skills using the Internet.
• Auction experience will be well regarded.
